After cleaning and inspecting each valve on the capsule, each Refillable Capsule is sealed with a sticker at our facility. We recommend keeping those stickers on the capsules until you are ready to use them.
Sticker = new and unused capsule.
No sticker = used capsule.
We would also recommend flipping over empty Refillable Capsules in the Exchange Box if that helps you keep track as well.
Simply return your Refillable Capsules to the refill pack as soon as they are empty to keep track of them. Once all of your Capsules are used, you're ready to pack it up and send it back for your next Exchange Box!
