Let's troubleshoot together!
There will almost always be a burst of air and mist that will exit your Aer1 device while you spritz. However, if you notice a lot of droplets accumulating on your bottle, check out our tips below.
- First, please ensure that your water is at the appropriate fill level for your bottle. For a guide on what fill level is appropriate for your bottle, please refer to our guide.
- Make sure you are holding your bottle upright. Holding the bottle at too much of an angle can cause more water/mist to come out of the device when you spritz.
- Put your capsules in the fridge! This might seem like an unconventional storage space, but lowering the temperature of the capsules lowers the flow rate of the CO2, making the Aer1 button easier to press.
