Our packages include a prepaid return label that is directly connected to our fulfillment center. Just drop off your sealed Refill Pack with the empty capsules with USPS. You can also schedule a free USPS pick-up if you live in an apartment building.
Your next Refill Pack will be on the way once the label is scanned at our warehouse. You will receive an email once we receive your return and your card is charged for your next pack.
