Our packages include a prepaid return label that is directly connected to our fulfillment center. Just drop off your sealed Exchange Box with the empty Refillable Capsules with USPS. You can also schedule a free USPS pick-up if you prefer.
Your next Exchange Box will be on the way once the label is scanned at our warehouse. You will receive an email once we receive your return and your card is charged for your next pack.
