When purchasing your pre-ordered Aer1 System, you will automatically be signed up for our Capsule Exchanges. Our Capsule Exchanges are based on your water-drinking habits and how quickly you go through the Carbon Capsules.
When you first receive your order, your Aer1 System will include:
Your Aerflo Bottle
Your Aer1 device.
A six-pack of Carbon Capsules inside of your Aer1 kit
A Refill Pack with nine Carbon Capsules.
You will have a total of 15 Carbon Capsules to start with. Once you have nine empty Carbon Capsules, you will simply put them into the Refill Pack, which has a pre-paid affixed label to send the package back to us. The tracking number on the box will automatically notify us to ship you a new pack of Refills.
Since you will only be shipping back nine of the 15 Carbon Capsules, you should have six full capsules to hold you over until the new Refill Pack arrives.
We always include these "extra" Carbon Capsules in every order to ensure that you will never be without a capsule while you are waiting for a new Refill Pack to arrive.
All subsequent Refill Packs you receive will have 12 Carbon Capsules included.
The price for each Refill Pack is $23.50 per pack, plus sales tax. And shipping is free — always.
