Great question! Here’s how to get started with your Aer1 System Capsule Exchanges.
If you received an Aer1 System as a gift, you’ll find it comes with a 9-Pack of Refillable Capsules. On the prepaid USPS label for the 9-Pack, there’s a sticker featuring a QR code. Just follow these simple steps to begin your Capsule Exchanges:
- Scan the QR Code: Use your mobile phone to scan the QR code on the sticker.
- Access Your Unique Code: When the page opens, your unique code will be displayed at the top.
- Enter Your Email: Provide your email address to start the redemption process.
- Checkout Process: You’ll be directed to a checkout page. Don’t worry—you won’t be charged right away. You’ll only pay when you return your Exchange Box.
- Complete Your Order: Fill in your billing and shipping information, and you’re all set!
Important Note: Each Exchange Box for the Capsule Exchanges costs $23.50, plus tax, and you’ll only be charged when you send an Exchange Box back.
Did your Exchange Box not include a QR code?
Most likely, the person who purchased the gift for you purchased a regular Aer1 System, not the Aer1 Gift Bundle.
Here’s how to create and link your Aerflo account:
- Locate the prepaid return label: It’s attached to the back of your Exchange Box (blue box). Please take a photo of it and email us that photo to hello@aerflo.co.
- Account setup: Once we receive your photo, we’ll generate a unique link for you to access an account linking” page.
- Enter your information: Fill in your shipping and billing details. No charge here - you only pay when your next Exchange Box ships out.
- Return process: Empties always go back in the Exchange Box. When you finish your first 9 Refillable Capsules, simply close and seal the lid, and drop it off at any USPS location. You’ll receive an email confirming that your next Exchange Box is on the way, and we’ll bill your card on file $23.50—no additional checkout needed. Totally seamless refills when you need them.
